Time to Heal MtG

The name of this card was more inspired by the dub of the Digimon movies, but it works regardless. Initially, this card was going to tap the creature and be sacrificed once there were no more -1/-1 counters, but I decided that this worked a bit better.

I might just add on the sac-if-no-counters thing anyways.
